SFFG holds regular weekly meetings on the JMU campus during the school year, traditionally on Monday evenings at 7 PM. The current weekly meeting details are as follows:

Students who wish to become full-fledged members of Guild have the opportunity of paying dues at a club meeting. Dues are $10 for a single semester or $15 for an entire school year. Dues are used to help run club-sponsored events, such as picnics and barbecues, and also help fund large events such as Feast and Madicon. Dues-paying student members receive several perks, including $5 off of Feast admission, and being able to vote and run for officer positions at the end of the school year.
